We are the Nicolin Family - Kevin, Emily, Rylan, Keegan and Bailey

We have been back in the Galena/Jo Daviess County area for 6 years now, thanks to all of you our business is booming and we are still just thrilled to be here. Kevin had been coming out to Jo Daviess County for over 25 years, and as the former manager of Woodbine Bend, Emily has lived in the area off and on for 20 years. Kevin has over 25 years of management and customer service experience, and he's thrilled to be your property manager. We are excited to be here raising our kids, and we look forward to showing you around this beautiful piece of Northwestern Illinois we call home.
